A plan your whole team can actually follow
Good brands fall apart in the gap between the idea and the shelf. We build the plan that closes it: what gets made, in what order, by whom and for how much. It covers design, print, listings and launch in one timeline.
Without a plan, the printer is waiting on the label, the label is waiting on the claims, and the claims are waiting on a lab report nobody ordered. The Amazon listing goes live with placeholder images because the photos were booked after the stock arrived. Launch dates slip by weeks, cash sits in inventory, and the team spends its energy firefighting instead of selling.
Planning,
in full.
Everything below comes as standard. No surprise line items.
Launch roadmap
A week-by-week timeline from brief to first sale, including print lead times, FSSAI label checks and marketplace approvals.
Range architecture
How your SKUs relate to each other: hero, support and future products, with naming and colour logic that scales.
Channel plan
Which channels to open first, in what order, and what each one needs: Amazon.in, your own site, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Flipkart.
Content calendar
The first 90 days of launch content mapped out, so films, ads and posts are made once and used everywhere.
Budget and vendor map
A realistic budget split across design, print, photography and ads, plus the vendors you need and when to book them.
The process.
Typical timeline: 1-2 weeks. Every stage ends with something you can see and sign off.
Audit
We gather everything in flight: product status, suppliers, stock dates and existing assets.
Sequence
We map dependencies and build the critical path from brief to shelf.
Review
You and your team pressure-test the plan with us. We adjust dates and budgets.

Frequently asked.
Do you manage the plan after handing it over?
We can. Weekly check-ins for the first month are optional; after that you can run it yourselves. It is your call.
Can planning be combined with strategy?
Yes, and it usually should be. Our Launch package includes both.
What tools do you use for the tracker?
Whatever your team already opens every day. Google Sheets, Notion or Asana all work. We will not make you learn a new tool.
Our launch date is fixed. Can you work backwards from it?
That is exactly how we plan. If the date is not realistic, we will tell you on day three, not week five.
Got a product?
Let's give it a name.
Tell us what you're making, where you'll sell it and when you want it on shelf. We reply within one working day.
