Nuvea wanted to launch a supplement brand in a category its founder describes plainly: ingredients without provenance, doses without rationale, labels that don't match the capsule. The brand had to earn trust in an industry that, in his words, had “quietly lost the right to be trusted.”
It also had to scale from day one. The June 2025 plan already covered bottles, sachets, tablet strips and a gut test kit, planned for Amazon, Flipkart, 1mg and Apollo 247. The name, the mark and the pack system had to hold every one of those without looking like several companies.
Lead every surface with proof, whether a number, a study, a batch or the V mark, and the brand never has to raise its voice.
What we did.
Nuvea's own supplement brand, built end to end: name, identity, guidelines, branded-ingredient sourcing, packs for three hero SKUs, US labels, a Shopify site, then Amazon, ads and social. One rule ran through every surface: lead with proof. Partners are credited where they did the work.
Write the rule first
The brief set one rule: if it isn't proven, it doesn't make the cut. The brand stands for safety, efficacy and proof. It is bold, calm and clinical, and never salesy.
Put the promise in the name
"The Proven Company" became The Proven Code. The wordmark turns the "v" into an amber tick, and an octagonal V-mark works as a badge on its own.
Source what you can cite
Only branded, clinically studied actives: HIMABERB®, CQR-300® and KSM-66®. Supplier CoAs and trademark records stay on file, and the brand shows them.
One pack system, many formats
Navy and white carry about 70% of each pack and a per-SKU accent the other 30%. The outlined V runs across every label and carton, and the product name is the largest text on the front.
Write it down for everyone else
A Brand Guide, a Visual System, a 57-page Brand Manual and four signature rules give designers, agencies and marketplace teams the same rules to work from.
Chapter by chapter.
22 chapters, in the order the brand was built.
One rule before any design: prove it or drop it
The brand began as a set of plain rules. Only patented, clinically studied ingredients. Every batch third-party lab tested. Full traceability from source to shelf. The brief for designers, copywriters and marketers turned those rules into a personality: bold, serious, calm, clinical, evidence-led. "Little excitement. No hype."
Brand story, product pillars and the identity prism were set out in the Brand Guide. The founder letter in the practitioner kit restates the same three rules in the first person.

"The Proven Company" became The Proven Code
The founder's working name was "The Proven Company". It said the right thing but read long and generic for a premium nutraceutical. The naming round explored seven routes, including Provn, Renyou, Neyora and The Pure Code, each checked for class-5 trademark conflicts and domains.
Concept 7 kept "Proven" and swapped "Company" for "Code": a fixed set of principles the brand would be held to. The name was finalised in April 2025.

A tick hidden in the "v"
The wordmark sets "the proven code" in lowercase navy and turns the "v" into an amber tick, so the verification sits inside the name. An octagonal V-mark scales the tick into a standalone badge for small or repeat uses.
The mark ships in full colour, inverted, white, black and greyscale for web and print, with a TM version and a 7-second animation. The tagline lockup reads "Every Claim. Proven."

Navy leads. Amber verifies.
The 20-page Brand Guide fixed the core: Big Stone navy #202D49, amber #E7AC39, powder blue and light grey, Poppins for headings, Lato for body, and one accent colour per SKU. The in-house Visual System turned that into working rules: a 60/15/20/5 colour split, a V-mark that appears only next to a verified claim, and six things never to do with the logo.
The 57-page Brand Manual carries the system to shelf strips, a nine-image Amazon gallery, decks and diagnostics. The Brand Signature System cuts it to four rules: navy, white and amber; Poppins and Lato only; sentence-case headlines; one italic amber keyword. It shows them across eight formats.

Only actives with a name, a licensor and a paper trail
The brand only uses branded, clinically studied actives. HIMABERB® berberine comes from Gramen Botanicals in Uttarakhand, CQR-300® from Gateway Health Alliances in the USA, and KSM-66® ashwagandha from Ixoreal Biomed. The company profile lists each licensed active with its therapeutic area and licensor.
The paperwork is shown, not just filed. The Gramen CoA for batch B02260303 reports a 97.56% HPLC assay against a 97–102% spec. CQR-300 is a registered US trademark. The website's Traceable Ingredients page names ten branded actives.

Navy, white and one accent per SKU
The system brief set the rules before any pack was drawn: navy core, warm yellow accent, logo top-left or top-centre and never overpowering, product name the largest text on the front. A June 2025 plan mapped every SKU to a format: bottle and outer box, sachets and box, or tablet strips and box.
Navy and white carry about 70% of each pack and the SKU accent about 30%. The outlined V from the logo sits on every bottle label and white carton, and the back panels open with "Backed by real proof."

Three hero SKUs, on shelf and in hand
Clean Label Berberine HCL 97% ships in a navy-labelled bottle (1000 mg per serving, 60 capsules) inside a white magnetic gift box with a red V. Ashwagandha KSM-66 comes as a 60-capsule bottle and a 10-capsule blister carton. GLP-1 Boost (CQR-300®, 300 mg, 30 capsules) pairs a navy bottle with a white tick carton.

The same packs, rebuilt for US labels and Blinkit
For export, the Indian labels for Berberine and GLP-1 Boost were rebuilt with a US Supplement Facts panel and "Product of India" or "Made in India" lines. The navy wrap, outlined V and claim bar carry over unchanged, so the pack reads the same in both markets. For quick commerce, a white-background GLP-1 Boost front-of-pack was prepared to Blinkit's image rules.

Replacing the magnetic box with something leaner
In September 2026 the magnetic Berberine gift box was due to be replaced: unit cost, production time, and transport and storage all argued for a simpler pack. The brief called for a 62 × 62 × 128 mm two-piece rigid box with a 43 mm lid and no magnet.
About 20 directions were explored as concept renders. The chosen one is white and type-led: a vertical BERBERINE lockup, flat black print, no foil or embossing. A four-panel "trace your berberine" story wraps the base. It is at rev10 artwork and in design review.

A Shopify store that leads with the proof
theprovencode.com runs on Shopify's Root theme, picked from a theme analysis that ranked Root, Flow and Amplify. A sitemap and a page-by-page copy deck shaped the build. Live pages include the homepage, product pages, Our Code, Traceable Ingredients, Contact an Expert and a quiz.
The Berberine product page follows an in-house content and design brief: HIMABERB as the ingredient hero, the clinical study, traceability and a line-by-line comparison with generic berberine. The "Find your stack" quiz walks shoppers through five steps, starting with what they want to fix first.

Five pages. Every tile names the proof it carries.
Brand Store v2 runs on one rule: each tile answers proof of what, proof of why or proof of where. Five tabs (Home, GLP-1 Boost, Berberine, Ashwagandha, The Proof) and no dropdowns, so the mobile menu stays on one line. Each page makes one argument, in the order promise, proof, pick, buy.
The build package holds 33 sections and 42 tiles at Amazon spec, a separate mobile header, 9 spare seasonal tiles and editable source files. It is a fresh build to replace the existing store, and followed a v1 wireframe and a teardown of 16 competitor stores. No tile carries a price, a discount or a 'number 1' claim.

A+ modules that read like a short dossier.
A+ for all three SKUs, built and revised in rounds. Berberine Premium A+ runs seven modules, from a CTRI-registered trial on the finished product to a HIMABERB® vs the rest of the shelf chart and an FAQ. GLP-1 Boost went from a seven-module Premium A+ in May 2026 to a nine-module final set in July, every module in desktop and mobile.
Ashwagandha KSM-66® moved from a light launch set to a dark revision with a source-to-shelf map and a QR code to the batch lab report.

Image stacks for three SKUs, one claim per slot.
Full image stacks for every SKU: 10 for Clean Label Berberine HCl 97%, 8 for Ashwagandha KSM-66®, 7 for GLP-1 Boost, then a GLP-1 v2 main image, gallery and video poster in August 2026. Each gallery slot makes one claim: origin, process, trial or comparison.
Two nine-slot art directions were explored for GLP-1 Boost in July 2026. A slot-by-slot copy brief, a listing spec and a listing scorecard sat behind the creative.

Statics that lead with the number, then cite it.
The October 2026 Berberine system covers six concepts (HbA1c, 3 Numbers, PCOS, Morning Sugar, Read the Study, Every Capsule Starts Here), each in 1:1, 4:5 and 9:16, plus two 'Ask for proof' concepts in the same three ratios. Each one opens on a single number or question.
An earlier June 2026 series set up the carbon-14 story: two capsules that look the same on a purity test, told apart only by carbon dating.

Short films for Amazon, Meta and the expo screen.
Video was produced in dated waves from June to October 2026: Berberine Sponsored Brands video in eight versions, a GLP-1 Boost series built from a written brief, 'Made Not Manufactured' in 16:9 and 9:16, a 143-second company film and the 45-second 'Proof Over Promises' brand intro.
The GLP-1 brief set nine beats with safe and bold variants, and a designed billboard frame at five seconds, where Amazon freezes the video thumbnail. Around 13 of the films were cut into a 16:9 showreel and a muted loop for a trade show.

Creative made for each placement, not resized into it.
Amazon Sponsored Brands got its own assets: a 2400 × 1256 custom image, Sponsored Brands video cuts and the five-second billboard frame for GLP-1 Boost. In the v2 build, each store page is paired with its own Sponsored Brands keyword landing, and the three product pages make the store eligible for Store Spotlight ads.
Sponsored placements for the brand ran on Amazon.in in August 2026. On Meta, Berberine HCl 97% and GLP-1 Boost each ran as a cold traffic-to-Amazon campaign. The statics and films were cut in 1:1, 4:5 and 9:16 for feeds and stories.

Three sachets, one layout, colour-coded by indication.
The Proven Biotics® takes the masterbrand into sachets: Daily Probiotics 360 with LactoSpore®, Beat The Bloat and ConstiEase™ (first named ConstiFix), both on B. coagulans SNZ 1969®, each 15 sachets of 5 g. One layout and ribbon motif runs across cartons and foils. The accent colour carries the indication, and HerBiome's pink is already set in the line palette.
Around the packs: an in-box card that guarantees CFU at expiry and links to the batch lab report, a two-page range flyer, the 24-page ProvenStrains™ proof dossier and a Daily Probiotics 360 landing page.

Four branded actives, documented in 20 pages.
Joint Support 360 puts GlucosaGreen®, Boswellin®, K2VITAL® DELTA and Vitashine® D3 in one film-coated tablet: a 3 × 10 blister, 30 tablets, in a sleeve-and-tray carton with the V-mark across the front.
The 20-page Proof Dossier (Volume II) is written for clinicians and channel partners: the product spec, the four branded sources, the lead trial and the batch testing standard. An 11-page A5 booklet carries the same story for trade.

Liposomal Co-Q10 in print, the next SKUs on the same system.
Lipo Co-Q10 (Lipoza®, sourced from Ozabio Inc, USA; 100 mg, 30 capsules) went to print in the range navy, with a Scan-to-Trace QR side panel and a 'Backed By Real Proof' side.
A Liposomal Magnesium label (250 mg elemental magnesium, 60 vegetarian capsules) and a Magtein® bottle carry the same system into the next products.

Gut Feeling: a Diwali gift box in three tiers.
A gifting concept for Diwali: one navy rigid box, 'Gut Feeling. A gift that starts inside.', with three sleeves (Reset, Decode, Blueprint), each marked with a diya. The finish steps up with the tier: flat coral ink, then spot gloss, then coral foil with emboss.
The Blueprint box holds two Daily Probiotics 360 cartons, FIBR. ConstiFlow, a gut health test kit and a printed card. Rendered in navy and cream; concept stage.

No promises at this stall. Only proof.
A booth print pack (v5.1, August 2026): hero walls, left, middle and right panel runs at 39.3 × 96 in with one claim per panel, and a Berberine standee. The right-hand run ends on the 12 branded actives behind the range.
A muted 16:9 loop of the brand's ad films was cut for the booth screen.

Decoded: one study per slide, every slide cited.
'Decoded' is a weekly nine-slide carousel in 4:5: a navy cover, white citation slides with one amber keyword, and an 'Every claim. Proven.' close. Episode 001 covered sleep and appetite hormones, Episode 002 behaviour over biology hacks, and a label episode ended on 'Ask for the proof.' An HTML generator was built to produce the episodes.
Around it: a Social Media Strategy & Content Calendar (pillars, hook library, 30-day calendar, 90-day roadmap), a social brief that fixed the type and colour, and a Berberine launch post taken through six iterations into the brand typeface.
