Know where you win before you spend

Most brands skip strategy because it feels slow. We make it fast: one week of hard questions, real category data and a clear answer on who you are for. Everything we design afterwards points back to it.

The problem

Without a strategy, every decision becomes a debate. The pack gets designed for the founder's taste, the listing gets written for nobody in particular, and the price is set by looking at the competitor next door. Six months in, you have a nice-looking product that sits on page four of Amazon because it never told anyone why it exists. Money goes into ads to fix what positioning should have done for free.

What's included

Strategy,
in full.

Everything below comes as standard. No surprise line items.

Category teardown

We map the shelf you are walking into: top sellers on Amazon.in, Blinkit and D2C, their prices, claims and gaps. You see exactly where the space is.

Customer decoding

Review mining, search data and short founder-led interviews to find the words your buyers actually use. Not personas with stock photos.

Positioning statement

One sentence that says who you are for, what you do and why you are the better choice. It becomes the filter for every later decision.

Proof and claims map

We list what you can say, what you can prove and what you should never say. Useful for FSSAI-sensitive categories and for keeping copy honest.

Price and range logic

Where your hero SKU should sit, what comes next and how pack sizes ladder. Built around margin, not guesswork.

Brand pillars and voice

Three or four pillars and a short voice guide so your team, your agency and your freelancers all sound like the same brand.

Questions

Frequently asked.

Is strategy worth paying for if we already know our product?

Knowing your product and knowing why someone picks it over twelve others are different things. Strategy is the second one, and it usually saves more in wasted ad spend than it costs.

Will we get a thick document nobody reads?

No. You get a short, usable document and a one-page summary. If a page does not change a decision, we cut it.

Can we do strategy without the design work?

Yes. You can start here and take the output to your in-house team. There is no lock-in.

How much of our time does it need?

About four to five hours across two weeks: a kick-off, one review session and the final walkthrough. We do the rest.
