Clinivox records a consultation and turns it into a draft prescription and lifestyle guide. Before a line of code, it needed a written spec, a mark and a UI system a development team could follow.
Consultations switch between Hindi and English, and sometimes Maithili. The product had to keep up with that and still look calm and clinical on a doctor's screen.
The doctor talks; the software listens, then drafts. The doctor signs.
What we did.
Clinivox AI by Nidan records a doctor–patient consultation, suggests questions in real time and drafts a bilingual prescription and lifestyle guide for the doctor to approve. We wrote the product spec, drew the open-C mark and set the dark and light UI guide.
Spec first
A functional specification for recording, real-time AI suggestions, bilingual prescriptions, patient records, a clinic medicine list, Rx templates and analytics. Our PRD feedback added statistics dashboards, OCR, PDF export and accuracy targets for Hindi, English and Maithili.

Built to the guide
Boxinall Softech engineered the web app from our spec and UI guide. Statistics, patients, medicines, a live recording session and six-tab session results.
Outputs a patient can read
The app exports a prescription PDF and an 'Understanding Your Health' lifestyle guide, each drafted by the AI and approved by the doctor.

Six pages, dark and light modes
The guide gives the development team everything it needs to start: the logo in both modes, Black #0D0E10, Azure #3CA5E6 and White, Poppins for headings, Agenda Bold for subheads and Agenda Lite for body.
Two hero references, one dark and one light, show the system on a screen.
Record, suggest, review
The doctor starts a session and talks. The transcript fills in live, in Hindi, while an AI panel suggests the next questions. Afterwards, six tabs hold the summary, diagnosis, lifestyle guide, prescription, transcript and reports.
A statistics view tracks medicines, patients, sessions, top conditions and locations. All screens show test data.

A prescription and a guide, in plain words
Each session exports a prescription PDF, co-branded Nidan Ayurveda and The Proven Code, and an 'Understanding Your Health' guide with Start Doing and Stop or Reduce columns.

Eighteen seconds of a live consult
We cut a product walkthrough from the working build in May 2026. In this clip, a consultation in Hindi fills the transcript while the AI suggests follow-up questions.
'Advanced Multilingual Clinic Technology'
Veda Arogya's pamphlet in Saharsa says the whole clinic runs on Clinivox AI. A square creative introduces the tool on the clinic's website and in that pamphlet.
